10 is currently seeking a Technology Product Analyst
- Hybrid (3 days onsite) position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

We are seeking a highly motivated Technology Product Analyst to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams. This individual will drive continuous discovery, business analysis, and solution planning across a portfolio of technology products and data solutions, translating business challenges into actionable technology requirements to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing engagement with business stakeholders to understand goals, pain points, and evolving needs
• Identify opportunities for automation, operational improvement, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization
• Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements, translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Partner with engineering teams to define solution scope and priorities, and assist with backlog management and sprint planning
• Support roadmap development by evaluating business value, complexity, and strategic alignment
• Analyze business data and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities
• Build trusted relationships with business and technology partners, communicating priorities and project status effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3-7 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, product management, or similar roles
• Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, and functional requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks, including Kanban
• Experience with Jira
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desired skills:

• Experience supporting software development teams
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis
• Experience with data platforms, analytics, and reporting solutions
• Knowledge of Agile product management practices
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops or similar planning tools
• Experience supporting enterprise application portfolios
• Exposure to AI, automation, and data-driven transformation initiatives

Pay range: $51.72 - $59.72 per hour
