Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite/2 days remote)

12+ Months W2 contract role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technology Product Analyst to drive continuous discovery, business analysis, and solution planning across a portfolio of technology products and data solutions. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, identifying opportunities, defining requirements, analyzing business processes, and helping shape the roadmap for future enhancements and new capabilities.

• Conduct ongoing engagement with business stakeholders to understand goals, pain points, and evolving needs.
• Identify opportunities for automation, operational improvement, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization.
• Research emerging business requirements and technology capabilities.
• Analyze existing solutions and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, usability, and business outcomes.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and solution requirements.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation and workflow diagrams.
• Analyze current-state and future-state processes to identify gaps and opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3-7 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, product management, or similar roles.
• Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, and functional requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
