Role Title
IT Program Manager I
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)
Role OverviewThis role supports ATM Site Quality and Deployment initiatives
, focusing on reporting, automation, vendor coordination, and process improvement
. The position plays a key role in streamlining operations through Excel automation and Python scripting
, while assisting with the transition of processes to a third-party vendor (
Companion Systems
).
Tools & Technologies
- Python
- MS SQL Server / SQL
- Tableau
- Microsoft Office Suite
:- Advanced proficiency in Excel (macros)
- Experience with Access Database
- Experience with:
- SQL database development and querying
- Python scripting for automation
- Data visualization and reporting (Tableau)
- Ability to automate reporting and reduce manual processes
- Excellent:
- Interpersonal skills
- Verbal and written communication
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to:
- Work independently and collaboratively
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Lead and host vendor/internal calls
- Support transition of ATM Quality Checklist (QCL) review and scoring to Companion Systems
- Develop and maintain Excel macros and Python scripts to automate reporting processes
- Assist ATM Deployment team with:
- Reducing manual report generation efforts
- Improving operational efficiency
- Create and distribute bi-weekly quality reports for:
- Six vendors
- ATM Deployment and Refresh Project Managers
- Design and enhance reporting solutions post-transition to vendor
- Manage:
- ATM decal orders across multiple vendors
- Cosmetic repair orders for ATM housing and OEMs
- Coordinate with vendors based on:
- Site Quality findings
- Cleaning and maintenance reports (Cennox services)
- Provide support to the Site Quality team to ensure continuity of operations
- Assist with workload transition following team changes
- Help drive process improvements and reporting enhancements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and reporting quality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder and vendor coordination
- Focus on automation and process efficiency
