You will negotiate master service agreements, NDAs, data agreements, and technology services contracts with third parties, balancing legal risk with EY business goals.
You will collaborate with IP and privacy teams, advise procurement and product teams, and ensure EY policies are followed while protecting EY’s intellectual property across the ecosystem.
