Responsibilities- Design and implement Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform / Data 360) solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Configure and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources (CRM, APIs, data lakes, external systems)
- Develop and maintain data models, data streams, and data harmonization rules
- Implement identity resolution and customer profile unification
- Build and manage calculated insights, segments, and audience activation workflows
- Integrate Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external applications
- Develop data transformations using SQL, Data Cloud Query Language, or other tools
- Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance across datasets
- Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Support real-time and batch activation use cases (e.g., personalization, campaigns, analytics)
- Troubleshoot and optimize Data Cloud configurations and performance
- Must Have Technical/Functional
Skills:
Primary skills:
Salesforce Data Cloud, SQL / SOQL, Mule Soft / Informatica / ETL tools, REST & SOAP APIs, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP – optional), Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI – optional). - Experience:
Minimum 10+ years
