You are comfortable leading conversations with Finance leaders, partnering with technical teams, and helping organizations successfully adopt SAP S/4

HANA through thoughtful analysis, strong communication, and Agile delivery practices.

We are seeking a Manager, Business Solutions to support a large-scale SAP S/4

HANA Finance transformation. This hybrid contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced Business Analyst or Business Solutions professional who excels at bridging the gap between Finance stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between Finance business partners and Agile development teams, helping guide business units through the transition from legacy financial systems to SAP S/4

HANA. You'll play a critical role in gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing current and future state processes, conducting fit-gap assessments, and ensuring successful adoption of standardized SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and process requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Finance business teams and Technical Development teams within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses against established SAP S/4
  
  HANA templates and recommend process improvements.
• Support business units through migration from legacy financial systems to SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Management, Product Owners, and development teams to prioritize work and define solution scope.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate project priorities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Support testing, user acceptance, change management, and solution adoption activities.
• Drive continuous process improvement while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Business Solutions Manager, Functional Consultant, or similar role supporting Finance organizations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations or Finance transformation initiatives OR ERP.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and performing fit-gap analysis.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements for technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance (FICO) implementation experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise ERP migrations from legacy financial systems.
• Knowledge of business process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience working closely with Product Management and Solution Management teams.
