We're seeking a highly skilled Adobe Digital Analytics Analyst to lead our digital analytics efforts, unlock growth opportunities, and elevate our online presence. Overview

As an Adobe Digital Analytics Analyst, you will manage the daily operations of our Digital Analytics team, applying your expertise across tools like Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metrics to monitor, analyze, and optimize our digital marketing and eCommerce platforms. Your insights will drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and shape business strategies by validating metrics, ensuring data quality, and delivering compelling reports.

You'll work closely with marketing, IT, and merchandising teams to enhance our digital footprint and support a seamless online customer experience.

Required Skills
  • Proficiency in enterprise digital analytics tools, especially Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metrics
  • Strong experience in data collection, validation, and analysis
  • Skilled in creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for diverse audiences
  • Deep understanding of tagging and data infrastructure within IT-managed systems
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize large datasets and communicate insights clearly
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends and eCommerce dynamics
  • Experience with A/B testing, campaign performance analysis, and site optimization
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis
Nice to Have Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with data integration, cleansing, and merging disparate data sources
  • Ability to develop and implement online testing strategies
  • Knowledge of customer behavior analysis and omni-channel insights
Preferred

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics, marketing, or related fields
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics within a retail setting
  • Demonstrated success in managing analytics projects and delivering strategic recommendations
Other Requirements
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making
  • Willingness to stay current on industry best practices and competitive trends
  • Prior experience with online tagging, data mapping, and infrastructure improvements
