Location: Charlotte, NC (Brevard Location)
What's the Job?- Drive continuous discovery and identify opportunities for automation, operational improvements, and data-driven decision-making.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand goals, pain points, and evolving needs through workshops and interviews.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications to guide solution development.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define solution scope, prioritize features, and support backlog management.
- Analyze business data and operational metrics to develop reports, dashboards, and actionable insights that support strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or related roles with a focus on technology solutions.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation, including user stories and workflow diagrams.
- Proficiency in data analysis, SQL fundamentals, and experience with reporting tools.
- Experience working within Agile frameworks and collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
