Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage requirements for multiple projects that run parallel
- Conduct GAP analysis between wealth solutions and netx 360 (investor platform) and help in decommissioning of the latter for a better user experience.
- Coordinate UAT with internal and external clients
- Onboard the clients into the Netx systems, providing them with the solutions by understanding their existing process and suiting their needs
- Track and report project milestones with the PM on time for internal reporting
- Work with different impacted services, create user stories and also collected estimates as a part of the requirement gathering process.
- Support the clients postproduction/post conversions by resolving their issues by coordinating internally.
This is a hybrid role with required 3 days a week on-site in Charlotte, NC. Role requires contractor time away (CTA), 5 days per quarter, as mandated by the client.
Basic Qualifications:- A minimum of 3 years of experience with business data analysis and reporting
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with requirements gathering
- Associate's degree
- Experience in Data Science
- Experience with Machine Learning and Generative Design
- Bachelor's Degree
