As a key contributor within the Digital Product Management department supporting large-scale initiatives, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of digital products and services. ** What's the Job?*
* + Lead the planning, development, and execution of innovative digital products aligned with organizational goals.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, UI/UX, and Engineering to ensure seamless product delivery.

+ Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and translate complex requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

+ Facilitate stakeholder communication, remove impediments, and ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.

+ Analyze market trends, gather user feedback, and continuously improve product offerings to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management or related roles within the financial services sector.

+ Strong understanding of system architecture, API development, and data integration processes.

+ Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Figma, and Postman for product development and testing.

+ Experience working on AI/ML products, with familiarity in LLMs, prompt engineering, and responsible AI frameworks preferred.

+ Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex technical features into user-friendly solutions.
