As an AI Data Analytics & Automation Lead, you will be part of the Data & Technology Department supporting senior leadership and operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Create scalable KPI, operational, and management reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
• Transform complex business data into actionable insights and compelling visualizations.
• Build Python-based automation solutions for reporting, reconciliation, and workflow optimization.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies to enhance business processes.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, or automation.
• Expert-level Power BI development experience, including DAX, data modeling, Power Query, and dashboard design.
• Advanced Python programming skills for data processing, automation, and API integration.
• Experience working with SQL and enterprise data platforms.
