Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage requirements for multiple parallel projects
• Conduct GAP analysis between wealth solutions and netx 360 (investor platform) and help in decommissioning of the latter for a better user experience.
• Coordinate UAT with internal and external clients.
• Onboard the clients into the Netx systems, providing them with solutions by understanding their existing process and suiting their needs.
• Track and report project milestones with the PM on time for internal reporting.
• Work with different impacted services, create user stories and collect estimates as part of the requirement gathering process.
• Support the clients post‑production/post conversions by resolving their issues by coordinating internally.

This is a hybrid role with required 3 days a week on‑site in Charlotte, NC. Role requires contractor time away (CTA), 5 days per quarter, as mandated by the client.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with business data analysis and reporting
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with requirements gathering
• Associate's degree

• Experience in Data Science
• Experience with Machine Learning and Generative Design
• Bachelor's Degree
