- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- Ability to align business, product, and technology stakeholders
- Experience collaborating closely with:
Product Managers, Architects, Engineering teams - Strong stakeholder management and ability to challenge solutions to drive optimal outcomes
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations
- Willingness to support early morning meetings (global collaboration)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Digital CX / Product Consultant to support our Global Mobile App Platform (GMAP) and Web teams. This role focuses specifically on mobile and web-based customer experiences, with a strong emphasis on loyalty, personalization, and customer journey optimization.
This consultant will be part of a global digital platform organization, contributing to initiatives that span both North American and European markets. The team is currently undergoing a structural transformation into value streams, organized around key customer journeys. This position will play a critical role in helping shape and support one of these experience streams, with a focus on “earn and burn” loyalty experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting mobile and web digital experiences, particularly in loyalty and rewards ecosystems
- Partnering closely with Product Managers, who define roadmap and requirements, while ensuring effective delivery across technical teams
- Acting as a bridge between business, product, and engineering, ensuring alignment and execution
- Driving a customer-obsessed approach, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable value
- Challenging and validating solutions to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborating with global team members across time zones (North America & Europe)
- Participating in regular global team syncs and reviews
This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on contributor who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and can operate with a high degree of autonomy.
Compensation:
$60-80hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
