KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, SAP Finance R2R for our Consulting practice.

• Participate in SAP projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the SAP applications
• Experience in SAP business processes mapping
• Participate in the day‑to‑day activities of ERP advisory engagements for a variety of clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
• Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

• A minimum of one year of experience in SAP implementation or SAP business process improvement, specifically in finance and the Record to Report process; preferably in the industrial manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college or university. Knowledge of the SAP implementation methodologies.
• Demonstrated knowledge base in operations, systems evaluation, and enterprise architecture. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Travel as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
