Agile Scrum Master - Hybrid

10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role has a mandatory hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

This role focuses on guiding and coaching a Scrum Team to effectively use Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to its theory and guidelines, fostering an environment of self-organization, and resolving impediments to enhance team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services
• Elevate the team to a high-performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching techniques
• Ensure Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines
• Coach the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge, and effective communication
• Work with the Scrum Team and stakeholders to influence and drive decision-making
• Resolve team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of Scrum application
• Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization
• Facilitate and support all scrum events:
  Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
• Act as a leader who coaches and supports Agile teams on Business as Usual (BAU) work and key initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master
• 5+ years of work experience with JIRA Issue and Project Tracking Software

Desired skills:

• 5+ years of work experience on large and complex projects
• Agile coaching experience
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Information Technology or similar
• Working knowledge of Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables
• Working knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management
• Experience in educating all levels of management within the Agile framework (portfolio, program, team)
• Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Process and detail-oriented
• Ability to foster strong collaboration among team members and help the team solve problems
• Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment

Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour
