Senior Business Analyst / Program Analyst - Cyber Resilience & Disaster Recovery
We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst or Program Analyst to support a large-scale Cyber Resilience and Disaster Recovery program. This role will serve as a key liaison between technical teams, application owners, security partners, and leadership to ensure recovery readiness, governance compliance, audit support, and operational resilience across critical applications.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with application owners, infrastructure, security, and support teams to drive recovery readiness initiatives.
- Manage application reviews, asset inventories, dependency mapping, recovery plans, and remediation activities.
- Support audits, evidence collection, compliance reviews, access governance activities, and control validation efforts.
- Lead meetings, tabletop exercises, recovery testing events, and readiness reviews.
- Develop dashboards, executive reporting, status updates, documentation, policies, and governance materials.
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, program coordination, disaster recovery, cyber resilience, GRC, technology operations, or related fields.
- Experience working across multiple technical teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Strong organizational, documentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting audits, assessments, compliance activities, and procedural documentation.
- Cyber recovery or disaster recovery program experience.
- Knowledge of backup, storage, infrastructure, networking, virtualization, or security environments.
- Experience with immutable backups, isolated recovery environments, or resilience-focused recovery models.
- Exposure to governance, access reviews, asset inventories, architecture documentation, and executive reporting.
A highly organized communicator who can influence without authority, lead cross-functional meetings, identify risks and dependencies, manage ambiguity, and drive complex initiatives to completion while maintaining strong attention to detail.
