Key Responsibilities:
- Drive ITIL Availability Management initiatives across enterprise applications.
- Monitor and improve service availability and operational reliability.
- Analyze and report service metrics including:
- Service Availability
- SLA Compliance
- MTTR
- MTBF
- MTTD
- Incident and Problem Trends
- Develop executive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Application, and Operations teams to improve production stability.
- Participate in Major Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Continual Service Improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of ITSM / IT Operations experience
- ITIL Foundation (v3 or ITIL
4) - Strong Availability Management experience
- Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Service Now
- Power BI
- Tableau
- SQL
- Executive reporting and stakeholder management
- Experience supporting enterprise production environments
