Junior IT Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and cloud services sector, is seeking a Junior IT Project Manager to join their team. As a Junior IT Project Manager, you will be part of the disaster recovery and Cloud Resiliency department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $43

• Manage and coordinate disaster recovery testing for multiple cloud-hosted applications, ensuring testing activities are planned, scheduled, executed, and documented in accordance with program requirements.
• Partner with application owners, cloud engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business continuity, and business stakeholders to establish testing scope, objectives, recovery scenarios, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain integrated testing schedules, project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and remediation tracking across a large application portfolio.
• Facilitate test planning meetings, readiness reviews, test execution bridges, post-test reviews, and governance forums.
• Coordinate recovery validation activities and ensure achievement of established RTO, RPO, and resiliency objectives.

• 2‑3 years of experience in IT project management roles. Experience in disaster recovery, cloud resiliency, or related preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders and testing activities.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, and tracking metrics for large application portfolios.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, reviews, and governance forums effectively.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business continuity principles.
