• Strong M365 Administration experience
• Strong Teams Administration experience
• Large enterprise experience
• Exposure to AI/Copilot technologies
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and security processes
• Prior work experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or other regulated industries

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Power Shell exposure
• Power Platform / Copilot Studio exposure
• Experience with AI Agents, data connectors, and grounding concepts

• Configure, deploy, and support AI capabilities within the M365 ecosystem
• Implement and maintain solutions built with Copilot Studio and related services
• Collaborate with architecture, security, compliance, and business partners
• Evaluate new AI features and assess enterprise applicability
• Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation guides
