The Office of OneIT provides highly reliable information technology infrastructure, tools, and services to empower the University to achieve its academic, research, administrative, and service goals.
Primary Purpose of PositionThis position designs, develops, tests, implements, and maintains enterprise-level software applications and system integrations for the University's information systems environment. It directly supports and maintains the University's ERP system and other enterprise application systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and performance. Additionally, this role supports the Enterprise Document Management System and assists in optimizing campus-wide workflow processes. By analyzing complex business requirements, the incumbent translates operational needs into robust, scalable software solutions and database architectures to support institutional efficiency.
Minimum Education / Experience- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- 1 to 2 years of technical experience programming in Banner
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Linux
- Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing, maintaining, and supporting the Ellucian Banner ERP system for Higher Education
- Knowledge of higher education core business processes
- Experience using Mule Soft or an iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solution is a plus
- Past experience using or supporting enterprise document management systems is a plus
- Strong team building and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
