Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and implement robust, scalable software solutions, database architectures, and system integrations to support the University's enterprise application environment.
- Provide advanced technical programming, maintenance, and modification support for the Ellucian Banner ERP system using Oracle PL/SQL, Linux, and other advanced programming languages to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Consult with stakeholders, system analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, analyze complex business processes, and translate operational needs into technical specifications.
- Serve as a primary technical resource for resolving highly complex coding issues, troubleshooting system problems, and providing expert recommendations to other analysts and technicians.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation detailing application components, system architectures, and integrations for end-user understanding and alignment with OneIT standards.
- Bachelor s degree and
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- 1 to 2 years of technical experience programming in Banner.
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Linux.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing, maintaining, and supporting the Ellucian Banner ERP system for Higher Education.
- Knowledge of higher education core business processes.
- Experience using Mule Soft or an iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solution is a plus.
- Past experience using or supporting enterprise document management systems is a plus.
- Strong team building and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
