Lead Technology Business Services Consultant

10 is currently seeking a Lead Technology Business Services Consultant for a hybrid position (3 days onsite per week) with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Iselin, NJ. This is a 3+ month contract to hire opportunity.

In this role, you will consult on complex technology initiatives, reviewing and analyzing large-scale challenges that require in-depth evaluation. The ideal candidate will possess strong technology acumen and analytical skills to support the delivery of technology products and services for high-profile business unit clients.

• Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services
• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, or longer-term challenges
• Ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness of solutions
• Implement technical initiatives for highly complex projects impacting multiple lines of business
• Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements
• Collaborate and consult with technology teams and management to resolve IT issues
• Provide guidance on leveraging new technology

• 5 years of Information Technology experience in support of Business Services, or equivalent
• Technology Acumen & Communication:
  Understands technology concepts and can effectively communicate with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Analytical Skills (Financial/Data Analysis):
  Strong quantitative mindset with experience analyzing data and drawing insights
• Advanced Excel proficiency and ability to leverage data to support decision-making
• Communication & Stakeholder Management:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
• Organization, Prioritization & Problem Solving:
  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Experience working within a technology organization
• Banking or financial services industry background
• Experience leading initiatives, projects, or work streams
• Experience working independently as an individual contributor
• Exposure to or experience interacting with senior executives or leadership teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (in addition to Excel)

Pay range: $51.72 - $59.72 per hour
