Location:
Charlotte, NC
Salary Range: $60-$65/hr on W2
IntroductionJoin our dynamic team to lead and support the delivery of technology products and services for high-profile business unit clients. You will contribute to large-scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services, ensuring service quality and cost-effectiveness.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- 5 years of Information Technology experience in support of Business Services, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Technology Acumen & Communication:
Understands technology concepts and can effectively communicate with technical teams and business stakeholders. - Analytical Skills (Financial/Data Analysis):
Strong quantitative mindset with advanced Excel proficiency. - Communication & Stakeholder Management:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging with all organization levels. - Organization, Prioritization & Problem Solving:
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
PreferredSkills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience working within a technology organization.
- Banking or financial services industry background.
- Experience leading initiatives, projects, or work streams.
- Exposure to or experience interacting with senior executives or leadership teams.
- Proficiency in Client Office Suite (in addition to Excel).
- Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services.
- Review customer information with the technology team and implement technical initiatives.
- Ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas.
- Collaborate and consult with the technology team to resolve IT issues.
- Provide guidance on leveraging new technology.
