We re looking for a talented and highly motivated Scrum Master to lead one or more Scrum teams within our GFIIT (Global Fixed Income & Investor Technology) portfolio. You ll act as a servant leader — coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies, providing visibility into delivery plans and progress, and driving continuous improvement across your teams.

• Act as a servant leader to your teams, helping to resolve impediments
• Coach the team to achieve sprint goals and timelines, driving adherence to our Definition of Ready and Definition of Done
• Schedule, facilitate, and coach agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and PI Planning
• Facilitate scaled agile planning (Pre-Planning prep, PI Planning events) and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums
• Enable the team to become high-performing through collaboration and continuous improvement, partnering with other Scrum teams to define best practices
• Drive agile team maturity in line with Bank of America guidelines
• Own delivery management and oversight for key GFIIT deliverables
• Bring business analyst instincts — helping translate business needs into solutions by building strong relationships with business partners

• Prior Capital Markets experience driving technology projects
• Product knowledge in Fixed Income or Derivatives
• Scrum Master or PMP certification
• Quartz or trading applications experience
• Python or SQL scripting experience
• Strong understanding of (or interest in developing expertise in) the Treasury space and the applications supporting it
