We are hiring a Desktop Support Technician for 2nd shift. This role will be responsible for providing critical IT support for our employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Respond to all IT Help Desk communications to resolve issues.
- Update internal users' software and applications.
- Work together as a team with the IT Department to accomplish goals.
- Develop training material for employees on new hardware and software.
- B.S. in Computer Science, or STEM related education, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with managing devices remotely using Remote Desktop Sessions.
- Experience with Windows & M365 administration.
- Experience with setting up basic LAN networks.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be able to work without direct daily supervision.
- A team player looking to accomplish company goals with hard work and a positive attitude.
