L2 SRE Support Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a L2 SRE Support Engineer for a Contract with a client in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate with experience supporting integration and eCommerce platforms, ensuring system reliability, performance, and seamless API operations in production environments.

Rate Range: $34/hour to $37/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

L2 SRE Support Engineer Job

Responsibilities include:

* Provide L2 SRE support for integration and eCommerce platforms, ensuring high system availability, reliability, and performance.

* Monitor application health, analyze logs and metrics, and proactively identify and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.

* Diagnose and troubleshoots P1, P2, and P3 incidents related to APIs, integrations, and eCommerce transactions, ensuring timely resolution.

* Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and collaborate with development teams to implement permanent fixes.

* Support production deployments, release activities, environment validations, and end-to-end integration testing across multiple systems.

* Enhance monitoring, alerting, automation, and operational processes while maintaining runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.

* 4-5 years of relevant IT experience in Integration, E-Commerce Support, Production Support, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

* Hands-on experience with Mule Soft or similar integration technologies, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and production support of integration platforms.

* Strong experience with incident management, monitoring and observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Logic Monitor, Azure Monitoring), and supporting mission-critical eCommerce applications.

Pay Details: $34.00 to $37.00 per hour
