* We are seeking a  
** Technology Business Systems Consultant
** to support a large enterprise technology organization focused on  
** Home Lending Technology** . This role is ideal for professionals who excel at bridging the gap between business and technology, driving strategic initiatives, improving operational processes, and leading cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

** What You Will Be Doing*
* + Lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives and deliver scalable business solutions.

+ Partner with business and technology teams to analyze complex requirements and define functional solutions.

+ Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.

+ Evaluate business challenges and recommend strategic technology improvements.

+ Lead project documentation, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

+ Coordinate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

+ Support enterprise operational processes, incident management, and technology governance.

+ Drive root cause analysis and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

+ Prepare executive-level communications and business reporting.

+ Utilize AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot) to improve operational efficiency while maintaining data accuracy and governance.

** Required Skills & Experience*
* + 3+ years of Business Execution, Business Systems Analysis, Strategic Planning, or Technology Implementation experience.

+ Hands-on experience with enterprise operational and monitoring tools including:

+ Service Now

+ Splunk

+ Grafana

+ Dynatrace

+ App Dynamics

+ Jira

+ Everbridge

+ Power BI or Tableau

+ Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot (or similar) to summarize information, generate business communications, and improve operational efficiency.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* + Strong ability to translate customer impact into measurable business outcomes (clients affected, revenue impact, regulatory exposure)

+ Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments

+ Experience operating within a centralized technology command center or major incident management functio

+ Familiarity with enterprise incident communication frameworks, templates, and governance models

+ Experience collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones

+ Proven experience leading large-scale, high-pressure incident bridges involving multiple teams and stakeholders

+ Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical situations in clear, concise business terms, including executive-level reporting

+ Experience driving root cause analysis and ensuring execution of corrective and preventative actions

+ Strong organizational navigation skills with the ability to influence teams across multiple functions without direct authority

+ Supporting information security and information technology controls as well as monitoring policy compliance

+ Good communication skills
