Booth & Associates is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Charlotte, NC to serve as a primary IT contact. You will install, integrate, maintain, and troubleshoot software and systems across six offices, working with the IT Manager on solutions for IT issues.
You will manage workstations, user accounts, and network resources, support Windows servers, and deploy IT resources for new hires. Occasional travel and on-site support are required.
