Title:Service Now Administrator with IDM Experience
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Now Administrator with a strong background in Enterprise Identity Management (EIM) to join IT Infrastructure team. This role will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Service Now platform, with a focus on identity lifecycle management, access governance, and integration with enterprise IAM systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Now Administration
- Administer, configure, and enhance the core Service Now modules including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, Employee Center and custom applications to support business needs
- Develop and maintain Service Now applications, workflows, and automation solutions.
- Create and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Design and implement integrations between Service Now and third-party systems (e.g., Active Directory, Azure, SCCM, Office 365, Snowflake, etc.).
- Utilize REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Integration Hub, and webhooks to connect Service Now with enterprise applications.
- Develop Power Shell scripts to automate IT tasks, system monitoring, and data synchronization with Service Now.
- Design and implement identity lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, role changes) within Service Now.
- Integrate Service Now with IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping, Saviynt, ZertID).
- Build and manage access request workflows, access certification campaigns, and entitlement reviews.
- Ensure compliance with identity governance policies and audit requirements.
- Partner with cybersecurity, HR, and compliance teams to align identity processes with organizational policies.
- 3-5 years of experience administering Service Now in a large enterprise environment.
- 3+ years of experience implementing or managing identity management solutions within Service Now.
- Proven experience integrating Service Now with enterprise applications via REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, SSO/SAML and cloud identity providers.
- Hands-on experience with Power Shell scripting for automation and system administration.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management best practices
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or HRSD-specific certifications
- Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Experience with Service Now Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and AI Chat Bots.
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOX.
