About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Tracking & Analytics Specialist to own the implementation, governance, and quality assurance of digital measurement across our North America Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) eCommerce platforms. This role is focused on analytics implementation, tracking architecture, and data quality rather than business reporting or dashboard development. This role serves as a key partner to Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Privacy teams, driving the implementation, validation, and optimization of digital analytics solutions across branding, commerce, and post-purchase experiences.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), data Layer architecture, and tracking quality assurance with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex tracking concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role is critical to ensuring data accuracy, supporting business decision-making, and enabling a consistent measurement strategy across a complex, multi-brand eCommerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementations across complex D2C eCommerce experiences, including headless and single-page application environments.
  • Define and document data Layer requirements, tagging specifications, and measurement plans that enable consistent and scalable analytics implementations.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to implement, validate, and optimize tracking solutions throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Perform comprehensive quality assurance testing using GA4 Debug View, GTM Preview, browser developer tools, network inspection, and related debugging tools.
  • Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot media pixels and conversion tracking solutions, including Google Ads, Meta, and related marketing platforms.
  • Investigate data discrepancies across analytics platforms, backend systems, and third-party data sources, identifying root causes and driving corrective actions.
  • Ensure analytics implementations comply with approved privacy, consent management, and regulatory requirements, including Consent Mode and CMP frameworks.
  • Support ongoing measurement enhancements by validating releases, improving data quality processes, and recommending tracking optimizations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting digital analytics solutions within eCommerce, digital product, or web analytics environments.
  • Advanced expertise with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), custom event tracking, and analytics debugging methodologies.
  • Experience defining and validating data Layer implementations within modern web architectures, including single-page applications (SPA) and headless commerce environments.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve tracking and data quality issues.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and translate business measurement needs into clear technical requirements.
Benefits highlights:
  • Discounts on our award-winning Electrolux products and services
  • Family-friendly benefits
  • Insurance policy plan
  • Extensive learning opportunities and flexible career path

Please be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.
