About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Varicent Developer to support and enhance the organization's Varicent Incentive Compensation platform. You will develop compensation calculations, automate business processes, build reports, support production compensation cycles, and improve platform performance. This role works closely with business and technology teams to ensure accurate and timely incentive compensation delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Varicent Incentive Compensation platform.
• Develop and maintain compensation calculations and business rules.
• Build data import processes and integrations.
• Create and support reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Configure workflows and scheduler jobs.
• Develop Python scripts for automation and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot system, reporting, calculation, and performance issues.
• Support production compensation processing and payout validation.
• Collaborate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of Varicent development and configuration.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise software applications.
• Strong Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) experience.
• Experience with SQL and data management.
• Experience with Python automation.
• Strong understanding of SDLC.
• Experience building reports, workflows, scheduler jobs, and integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
