Working remotely, the full-time Senior Program Manager will own the end-to-end delivery of strategic, high-impact programs across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business impact and continuous improvement while leveraging hands-on AI proficiency.
Key responsibilities- Manage complex projects and programs by applying advanced project management methodologies and navigating ambiguous scenarios
- Identify and define business and process improvement plans aligned with organizational goals, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes
- Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and comfort in high-pressure situations, leading the definition of strategies and solutions
- 7+ years of experience in program management, product management, project management, customer success, or a related field - OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND 5+ years of experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI prototyping, experimentation, or practical application of AI tools
- 3+ years of experience working at a technology organization
