Optomi, in partnership with a leading property & casualty insurance organization, is seeking an Enterprise Agile Coach / Portfolio Transformation professional to join their growing enterprise transformation team!

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of enterprise portfolio management by partnering with executive leaders to improve governance, strategic planning, and Agile ways of working across the organization. We're looking for someone who enjoys coaching teams and leaders, facilitating organizational change, and helping connect enterprise strategy to execution.

What You'll Do:

Partner with business and technology leaders to support enterprise Agile and portfolio transformation initiatives.
Facilitate strategic planning, quarterly planning, governance reviews, and cross-functional planning sessions.
Coach leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Agile teams on best practices and organizational maturity.
Support portfolio governance, prioritization, intake processes, and execution alignment across multiple initiatives.
Help improve Agile forecasting, capacity planning, and delivery planning processes.
Drive organizational change through coaching, facilitation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify dependencies, remove obstacles, and improve delivery outcomes.
Promote Lean and Agile principles while helping mature enterprise operating models.

What We're Looking For:

Experience as an Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Product Owner, Program Manager, Scrum Master, or similar Agile leadership role.
Experience supporting Agile transformations, organizational change, or enterprise delivery initiatives.
Exposure to portfolio governance, strategic planning, PMO governance, or enterprise planning processes.
Experience facilitating executive meetings, planning sessions, workshops, or cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with Agile forecasting, capacity planning, OKRs, prioritization, or value stream concepts.
Strong communication, coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Rally, or similar Agile management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with in Insurance or other highly regulated industries.
SAFe certifications (RTE, SPC, SASM, POPM, etc.) or other Agile certifications.
Experience supporting Lean Portfolio Management or enterprise transformation initiatives.
