Job Description We are seeking an IT Project Manager III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program financials, enterprise change management, and multi-workstream delivery, and a proven ability to coordinate complex technology initiatives and produce clear, actionable program updates for leadership. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate technology delivery routines, including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates. Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams, projects, and work streams. Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables. Promote and facilitate clear communication and collaboration across organizations to meet timelines. Gather and present status updates on delivery, risks, issues, and schedules to stakeholders and leadership, including CFO Change and ePMO routines.

Ensure alignment to deliverable requirements by engaging sponsors and stakeholders and tracking success metrics. Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards for all deliverables. Support program financials, funding alignment, and initiative-based reporting and forecasting. Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Demonstrated program and project management experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Proficiency in change management and PMO practices with adherence to enterprise standards. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable reports for technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills with stakeholder management across finance and technology functions.

Self-directed with strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities to timeline and quality. Experience level: 5+ years in project management, change management, PMO, or similar roles. Preferred

Skills:
