Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Field Service Technician to provide onsite technical support in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate must possess a valid drivers license, clean MVR, and reliable transportation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide break/fix support
• Perform IMAC tasks
• Perform a variety of tasks such as install workstations, repair printers, work on point-of-sale equipment, perform decommissions

Skills and

Qualifications:

• A+ CompTIA certification is a plus
• Technical hardware experience
• Exceptional Customer Service and relationship building competence
• Excellent time management and reporting skill
• Familiar with various operating systems (e.g.
  
  - Windows OS, OSX, Linux/Unix)
• Proficient communicator with emotional intelligence insight for explaining IT terminologies at the client's level of understanding
• Insight to POS, PC, Printers, Thin Clients, AP's, Servers, Network switch equipment
• Able to lift 25lbs

Wage Range:
The rate for this position is between $15.75 - $21.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits:
