We are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Network Engineer to join our Infrastructure Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing critical network infrastructure, with a focus on load balancers and firewalls. You will work closely with application development teams to understand requirements and implement scalable, secure network solutions. A key aspect of this position is leading technical discussions and troubleshooting network issues within an Open Shift Container environment.

• Deploy, configure, and manage load balancers and firewalls to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability of network services.
• Partner with application development teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored network infrastructure deployments.
• Lead cross-functional discussions and drive resolution of complex network challenges in Open Shift Container environments.
• Continuously monitor network performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and maintain service reliability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, processes, and operational procedures.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve network infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development.

• Deep understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, VLANs, routing, switching).
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing load balancers (e.g., F5, HAProxy, NGINX) and firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortinet).
• Proven experience working within Open Shift Container environments, including network integration and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

• Familiarity with cloud networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform networking services).
• Experience using network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Solar Winds, PRTG, Nagios, or similar).
• Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and network security best practices.
• Understanding of Dev Ops principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
