Ab Initio Administrator ​/ Technical Delivery Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC 28202

We are looking for an experienced Ab Initio Administrator / Technical Delivery Lead with strong expertise in Ab Initio Administration, Linux Administration, and Python. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex application support and development projects, coordinating with clients and offshore teams, and ensuring successful project delivery in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

• Strong hands-on experience in Ab Initio Administration.
• Expertise in Linux Administration.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and automation.
• Experience managing and supporting enterprise-scale data integration environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• 10+ years of overall IT industry experience.
• Experience leading onsite and offshore teams.
• Strong delivery management and coordination experience.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience handling complex software application development and support engagements.

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Ab Initio environments across development, testing, and production platforms.
• Manage Linux servers and support infrastructure-related activities.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python.
• Coordinate with clients, business users, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead delivery activities and manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Work closely with offshore resources and provide technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with onsite team members to resolve production issues and deliver enhancements.
• Ensure application stability, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 10 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong experience in Ab Initio Administration and Linux Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and delivery coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative environment.
