Service Now Delivery Manager
We are hiring for Project Manager – IT Operations with the following skills:
• PM with an experience in managing end to end cloud Infrastructure and Service Now Delivery.
• Candidates with a total of 15+ years of experience of which: 10 years or more in IT Infrastructure and Service Now Delivery
• Track record of delivering IT infrastructure services within a technically complex and challenging customer environment
• Ability to understand each service elements as per contract and create and track a plan for meeting these contractual commitments
• Experience in engaging group of technical teams to deliver services as per KPI/SLA
• Familiar with best practices and ability to implement continuous service improvements and lead the account through process maturity
• Identify Risks, Assumptions Issues and Dependencies (RAID) management
• Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery
• Lead and manage the BAU & project team
• Hands-on knowledge on various module of Service Now (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)
• Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the Service Now account teams to progress
• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experience
• Proven experience of leading the deployment of Service Now (ideally ITIL related) solutions in client environments
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems
• Ensure program deliveries are within the budget, up to the quality standards and as per the program delivery timelines committed to clients
