Oracle Hcm Cloud Core Hr Solution Architect

Partner with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to understand business needs and design modern Hcm and data integration solutions.

Contribute to the architecture of a hybrid Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Azure based data integration platform.

Plan and advise on advanced Oracle Fusion Hcm Cloud configurations and integrations.

Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and cloud best practices.

Produce architecture documentation and participate in technical review boards.

Guide development teams in adopting new integration patterns and platforms.

Support high severity production issues with expert troubleshooting as needed.

Deep expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud Hcm, including multiple areas such as configurations, role-based security, Hdl, Otbi/Bip, Hcm Extract, Payroll Flows, or Fast Formulas.

Hands on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (Oic), Oracle Atp/Adw, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Strong background in Pl/Sql, Rest Apis, Etl concepts, event driven architectures, Ci/Cd, and version control.

Clear, confident communication—written and verbal.

Ability to facilitate technical discussions and influence architecture decisions.

Strong problem solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
