Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Cyber Threat Assessment Analyst to join their team. As a Cyber Threat Assessment Analyst, you will be part of the Cybersecurity Department supporting Threat Intelligence and Risk Management teams. Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Pay Range: $70.00 - $73.00

• Design and execute threat assessment surveys engaging diverse internal and external stakeholders to generate benchmarked intelligence.
• Facilitate workshops, round tables, and structured feedback sessions to extract nuanced risk insights and build cross-functional consensus.
• Aggregate and analyze survey results using qualitative and quantitative techniques to produce defensible findings and trends.
• Correlate findings with internal threat program artifacts and relevant reporting to identify recurring threat focus areas.
• Create threat assessment reports, executive summaries, and dashboards that translate results into actionable insights for senior leadership.

• 7+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, cyber risk, threat modeling, or security strategy within large enterprise or financial services environments.
• Proven ability to produce forward‑looking threat insights and deliverables suitable for senior stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with experience running structured working sessions across broad stakeholder groups.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence lifecycle concepts and integration across cyber defense and risk partners.
• Experience aligning outputs to common frameworks and expectations used in threat intelligence and regulatory readiness efforts.
