We are seeking an experienced LoanIQ Trainer to support training initiatives related to LoanIQ implementations, conversions, and business transformation efforts. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enable front-office and business users to successfully adopt LoanIQ as part of ongoing portfolio conversion efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience translating complex system functionality into effective learning solutions, partnering with business stakeholders, and supporting large-scale technology rollouts within a financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and facilitate training programs focused on LoanIQ functionality and business processes
. - Support BEC 3 training initiatives
and front-office training activities for Commercial Banking and other portfolio conversion efforts. - Partner with business teams, change delivery leads, and project stakeholders to identify training needs and create effective learning materials.
- Design end-to-end training content, including:
- Instructor-led training materials
- Job aids and reference guides
- Process documentation
- Virtual training sessions
- Recorded training content for broader distribution
- Support ongoing AFS to LoanIQ portfolio conversions
, occurring on a quarterly basis over the next 1-1.5 years. - Analyze business requirements and translate complex system processes into user-friendly training experiences.
- Support training rollouts, adoption activities, and change management initiatives.
- Work closely with front-office teams to ensure training aligns with operational needs and business objectives.
- Provide training support across the full system lifecycle, from preparation through implementation and post-go-live adoption.
- Proven experience developing and delivering training for complex enterprise systems.
- Strong background in financial services, lending, commercial banking, or loan operations.
- Experience with
LoanIQ
strongly preferred; experience with similar large-scale banking platforms will be considered. - Ability to understand complex system workflows and communicate them effectively to business users.
- Experience creating training materials from a front-to-back process perspective.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering both virtual and recorded training sessions.
- Experience collaborating with business analysts, change management teams, project leads, and technology stakeholders.
- Prior experience supporting
LoanIQ implementations, upgrades, or conversions
. - Experience with
AFS to LoanIQ migrations/conversions
. - Knowledge of commercial lending processes and front-office banking operations.
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs and system rollouts.
The successful candidate is a strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technology and business users. They understand how complex banking systems impact day-to-day operations and can create engaging training solutions that drive adoption and successful implementation.
