The Project Manager will be responsible for leading coordination, planning, governance, and execution across multiple business and technology work streams. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, product teams, operations, technology teams, testing teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of a complex platform transformation.

The ideal candidate will bring prior experience managing major system conversions, migrations, upgrades, or modernization programs and can apply lessons learned from similar initiatives. Candidates should be comfortable operating independently, driving accountability across teams, identifying risks, and challenging stakeholders when needed.

ETF, investment operations, asset servicing, or fund-services experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end project management activities for an ETF platform conversion, modernization, or system transformation initiative.

* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.

* Coordinate activities across business, product, operations, technology, testing, and implementation teams.

* Establish project governance, reporting structures, status updates, and executive communications.

* Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items across multiple work streams.

* Drive accountability across internal teams, vendors, and consulting partners.

* Support planning and execution of testing readiness, implementation activities, and production cutover activities.

* Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, steering committee updates, and stakeholder discussions.

* Identify potential delivery challenges and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.

* Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical execution, and operational readiness.

* Apply experience from previous platform conversions and modernization programs to improve delivery outcomes.

Requirements:

* 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager leading complex technology or business transformation initiatives.

* Proven experience managing system conversions, migrations, upgrades, or platform modernization programs.

* Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including business, product, operations, technology, testing, and implementation resources.

* Strong project planning, milestone management, and delivery execution skills.

* Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and escalation processes.

* Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to independently drive progress and operate with limited day-to-day direction.

* Experience working in a regulated financial services environment.

* Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

* ETF, investment operations, asset servicing, fund-services, or investment platform experience.

* Experience supporting fund accounting, trading, custody, or investment management platform conversions.

* Prior experience leading large-scale financial services technology transformations.

* Experience managing multi-resource delivery teams or consulting partners.

* Experience supporting testing, implementation readiness, and operational transition activities.

* Experience working with major banks, custodians, asset servicers, or asset managers.
