HCL Technologies in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer with 10+ years in SRE/production support. You will automate with Ansible, develop in Python, and manage databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL). Strong Linux, monitoring with New Relic/Grafana/Prometheus, and experience with Git/Git Hub/Git Lab are required.
Kubernetes and Terraform are preferred. ITIL/Change management and SDLC/Agile experience are essential.
