Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Sourcing Consultant 3 - Contingent to join their team. As a Sourcing Consultant 3 - Contingent, you will be part of the Wholesale & International Sourcing department supporting strategic sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Sourcing Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC
What's the Job?- Negotiate contracts supporting various banking divisions including CIB, WIM, and Commercial Bank
- Mitigate risks and identify opportunities for cost reduction through strategic sourcing
- Consult on or participate in complex sourcing initiatives and deliverables
- Review and analyze sourcing challenges, providing in-depth evaluations of variable factors
- Collaborate with client personnel to ensure sourcing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are met
- 4+ years of sourcing experience, preferably in financial services or related fields
- Proven experience negotiating SaaS, on-premise software, services, market data, and broker services agreements
- Strong understanding of indirect sourcing functions within financial services
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
