The Training Systems Analyst supports readiness reporting, training data management, and Joint Training information systems used across the National Guard training enterprise.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years supporting DoD training systems
- Experience using DRRS, JTIMS, and JLLIS
- Ability to collect, analyze, and report readiness data
- Data management and reporting expertise
- Knowledge of Joint Training databases
- Dashboard development experience
- SharePoint administration experience
