Privileged Access Management (PAM) Administrator

A Cyber Ark Privileged Access Management (PAM) Administrator is responsible for deploying, administering, maintaining, and supporting the Cyber Ark PAM platform to secure privileged accounts and credentials.

• 7+ years administration experience in working on large, complex Cyber Ark environments
• In depth knowledge of PAM Cyber Ark tool / Cyber Ark PAS Vault, DR, CPM, PSM, PVWA, CP, CCP and Alero
• 5+ years of credential management expertise and advanced management of credential management systems.
• 3+ years credential/secrets management experience in a cloud or Dev Ops environment
• Advanced Information Security technical skills and understanding of information security practices and policies
• 7+ years of Windows OS administration experience
• 5+ years of experience with automating workflows with tools like Powershell, Python, Shell, etc
• Install, configure, and upgrade Cyber Ark components.
• Manage the Password Vault Web Access (PVWA).
• Configure and maintain the Central Policy Manager (CPM).
• Administer the Privileged Session Manager (PSM).
• Create and manage Safes, platforms, and access policies.
• Onboard privileged accounts (Windows, Linux, Unix, databases, network devices, cloud).
• Configure password rotation and reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot Cyber Ark infrastructure and application issues.
• Monitor platform health and review audit logs.
• Integrate Cyber Ark with:
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • LDAP
  • SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Perform backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability maintenance.
• Apply Cyber Ark patches and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
