Job Title
Support implementation, training, and user adoption of enterprise management software used for construction equipment rentals, fleet operations, and service workflows. Assist in maintaining system effectiveness by providing user support, creating training resources, and helping monitor system utilization and performance. Partner with teams across the organization to ensure alignment with system processes and standard operating procedures.
Essential Duties &Key Responsibilities
- Serve as knowledgeable resource on First Equipment Company (FEC) enterprise management software (e.g., Wynn Systems including Rental Results, Info Manager, Dispatching) and provide direct support to users for system navigation, issue resolution, and workflow adoption.
- Provide support for the delivery of training materials, onboarding guides, and system documentation.
- Troubleshoot user-reported system issues and route complex matters to Information Services (IS) team, or vendor, as needed.
- Track user feedback and system performance to identify areas for improvement or additional training needs.
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor and communicate system usage and adoption trends, and training effectiveness to support team optimization.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), system upgrades, and configuration changes.
- Contribute to development and maintenance of team standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation related to rental, fleet, and service workflows.
- Reinforce standard processes and assist with minor enhancements for consistency in system use across departments.
- Provide cross-functional coordination efforts for small-scale system improvements and integrations.
- Participate in internal training sessions and workshops to continuously build knowledge and share best practices with users.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting enterprise systems, software training, or operations enablement, preferably in construction, fleet, rental, or systems-focused environments;
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from accredited program desired, but not required; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. - Familiar with enterprise rental or fleet software platforms such as Wynn Systems, including Rental Results, Info Manager, or Dispatching, or similar platforms similar.
- Experience delivering systems training and developing user documentation, and assessing trends for user adoption.
- Customer service or support role experience in Information Technology (IT), a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to escalate and communicate issues effectively.
- Basic understanding of construction rental workflows, dispatch operations, and equipment lifecycle.
- Responsive with clear professional verbal communication skills; able to communicate, engage, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, with thorough follow-up practices.
- Strong written communication skills to clearly document issues and able to translate technical processes into user-friendly guidance for non-technical audiences.
- Well-organized and able to manage concurrent tasks and timelines.
- Enthusiasm for learning and improving systems, tools, and workflows and familiar with and able to apply continuous improvement concepts, methodologies, and tools.
- Embrace change and quick learner to adopt processes, information, and technology enhancements.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office suite of applications, (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with reporting tools and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms a plus.
