RENAPS is currently looking for an ORACLE Database Administrator to join the USA Centre of Excellence team.

Our ideal candidate?

• Minimum experience of 8 years in Oracle database design and administration (11g, 12c a great asset)
• Participates in the design and maintenance of customer databases
• Experience as a primary database analyst for new projects/implementations
• Extensive troubleshooting, performance tuning skills and analyzing diagnostic reports AWR, ADDM, ASH and STATSPACK
• Data modelling, mapping, integration and capacity planning
• Respect for deadlines, emergency management
• Excellent ability to adapt to change
• Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of Oracle Web Logic
• Experience with Oracle 10g, 11g, 12c, 18c & 19c
• French language is an asset
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to work in a team environment

Other Experiences and Assets for the Role :

• PostgreSQL or MySQL
• People Soft, E-Business Suite (EBS, Oracle Apps)
• Platforms:
  Linux, AIX, MS Windows, Solaris
• Demonstrable experience with Oracle High Availability (RAC) Real Application Clusters & Data Guard
• Demonstrable experience with Oracle Wallet, (TDE) Transparent Data Encryption and ODA and Exadata
• Advanced Replication:
  Materialized view replication, Oracle Streams, Golden Gate and Oracle AQ
• Unix, Linux and MS-Windows shell scripting
