As a Payments Project Manager, you will be part of the Strategic Payments Innovation Department supporting cross-functional teams. Pay Range:
What's the Job?- Lead end-to-end delivery of a strategic payments technology initiative focused on integrating next-generation payments platforms with SWIFT's ledger technology.
- Coordinate project planning, execution, governance, and risk management to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Partner closely with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams to develop and implement innovative payment solutions.
- Facilitate technical discussions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and engineering efforts.
- Manage functional and technical requirements, track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- 7+ years of experience managing enterprise technology projects, particularly in the payments domain.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing application development projects with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and drive projects independently.
