How it Works:

As an applicant, you'll join the Technology, Data, & Operations Track, which is a comprehensive, structured, broad based rotational financial services immersion program focusing on various topics applicable to the industry including a strong foundation in professional development skills, financial services acumen, strategy, technology delivery, innovative problem solving, data analysis, storytelling, project management, risk governance and assurance, and the Truist organization and culture.

Your experience will include exposure to Truist senior leaders, sessions with members of Executive Leadership and track specific curriculum with 2 rotations spread across the Truist Technology, Data, & Operations department.
